Terms of Service
Welcome to Lash Concierge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at lashconcierge.com and the lash extension services provided by Lash Concierge, operated out of Delray Beach, Florida. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Lash Concierge provides mobile lash extension services in Palm Beach County and parts of Broward County, Florida. Our licensed lash artist travels to your location to perform services. Service offerings, descriptions, and pricing are listed on our website and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years and older only. By booking an appointment, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
3. Booking and Deposits
Submitting a booking request through our website constitutes your agreement to these Terms. Appointments are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Lash Concierge.
- A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Deposits are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor.
- Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- 24+ hours notice: If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be credited toward your next appointment.
- Less than 24 hours notice: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
- No-shows: Failure to be present and available at your scheduled appointment time will be treated as a late cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
5. Late Arrivals
Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. If you are 15 or more minutes late, Lash Concierge reserves the right to shorten the service to fit the remaining scheduled time or to reschedule the appointment entirely. Rescheduled appointments due to late arrival are subject to the cancellation policy above.
6. Client Responsibilities and Health Disclosures
For your safety and the quality of your service, you are required to:
- Disclose all relevant health information including allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, skin conditions, and any medications that may affect the service.
- Disclose current lash extensions or any recent lash treatments you have received.
- Follow aftercare instructions provided by Lash Concierge. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect lash retention and longevity, and Lash Concierge is not responsible for results affected by non-compliance with aftercare guidelines.
- Provide a clean, well-lit workspace with access to a flat surface suitable for the service (such as a couch, bed, or massage table).
Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in adverse reactions for which Lash Concierge cannot be held responsible.
7. Results Disclaimer
Lash extension retention and results vary from person to person based on factors including but not limited to natural lash health, skin type, lifestyle, aftercare adherence, and individual physiology. Lash Concierge does not guarantee specific results, including lash retention duration, fullness, or appearance. Photos on our website and social media represent individual results and may not be typical for all clients.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Lash Concierge reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Health or safety concerns (e.g., eye infection, allergic reaction, contraindicated condition)
- Inadequate or unsafe workspace at the client's location
- Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior
- Failure to disclose relevant health information
If service is refused for health or safety reasons before the appointment begins, your deposit will be credited toward a future appointment.
9. Pricing
All service prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Travel fees may apply based on the distance from our base location in Delray Beach, Florida. The total cost of your service, including any applicable travel fee, will be communicated before your appointment is confirmed.
10. Payment
Payment for services is due upon completion of the appointment. We accept payment through Stripe and other methods as communicated at the time of booking. All prices are in US dollars.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lash Concierge website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and design — is the property of Lash Concierge and/or MayoClaw LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lash Concierge, its owner, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the cost of the service provided that gave rise to the claim.
Lash Concierge is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions, or from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lash Concierge, its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your failure to provide accurate health or personal information.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Palm Beach County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Changes to These Terms
Lash Concierge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
