In-suite appointments with Jenna Aiello - flat studio pricing, no travel fee

Lash Concierge is a mobile service, but not every appointment has to be. If you would rather come to me, I take in-suite appointments at my private studio in Boca Raton. You get the same lash and brow services, priced flat - there is no distance tier and no travel fee on an in-suite booking.

Where the suite is. The studio is in Boca Raton. I confirm the exact address with you when we speak, before your appointment.

What "flat pricing" means. Mobile pricing changes with driving distance from Pompano Beach. In-suite pricing does not - each service below is one price, wherever you are travelling from.

How to Book the Suite

  1. Open the booking form and choose In-Suite - visit my studio as your appointment type.
  2. Pick your service. In-suite services show their flat studio price - you are not asked for an address, because you are coming to me.
  3. I review every request personally and call you to discuss your lash goals before confirming.
  4. Once confirmed, you pay a 50% deposit to lock in your date, and I send you the suite address.

Deposit & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure every appointment - in-suite and mobile alike. The deposit is half the price of the service you book, and it comes off your balance.

Payment is by credit or debit card through Stripe (3% processing surcharge), or by Venmo or Zelle sent directly (no fee).

I hold a 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours are not refunded, and deposits must be paid at least 48 hours before your appointment or the booking is cancelled.

Suite or Mobile?

Both are the same services by the same artist. The suite is the simpler option if you would rather not set up a space at home - there is no massage table to provide and no travel fee, and pricing is flat. Mobile is the better option if you want the appointment to come to you. If you are not sure which suits you, mention it on the booking form and we will sort it out on the call.
